CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. --- University of Tennessee at Chattanooga men's and women's cross country head coach
Andy Meyer announced the addition of two meets to the schedule this spring.
Â
"We are excited to give the kids a few meets this spring due to the shortened fall cross country season," Meyer said. "It will be a very busy spring for our distance girls as they will be bouncing back and forth between cross country and some limited indoor track."
Â
The Mocs will run January 24 at the Belmont Invitational at Percy Warner Park in Nashville just two days after the Samford Indoor Track Invitational.
Â
"We will be running as soon as we get back," Meyer said. "It will be a very competitive meet on a challenging course."
Â
The second meet will be at the Tennessee Tech Golden Eagle Open on February 19.
Â
The Mocs ran at the Mercer Pre-Conference Invitational before running at the Southern Conference Championships in November. The NCAA Championship Meet is slated for March 15, 2021 in Stillwater, Okla.
