Gabe Hunter and the Chattanooga Mocs tackled a tough field this week at the Bank of Tennessee Intercollegiate.

CHATTANOOGA---The Chattanooga Mocs men's golf team looks to build on its recent third-place finish this coming week at the Bank of Tennessee Intercollegiate. It is a challenging construction project with a strong field headed to Blackthorne Club in Jonesborough, Tenn.

Host ETSU welcomes a 15-team field. The Mocs and Bucs are joined by UAB, Augusta, Charlotte, Coastal Carolina, College of Charleston, Furman, Georgia Southern, Louisville, Maryland, NC State, Penn State, Villanova and Virginia Tech. The club is slated for a 7,147-yard setup at par 72.

The same five starters are back for Chattanooga. Braedon Wear, fresh off his first collegiate win in just his second start, headlines the lineup. He's joined by scoring leader Paul Conroy, Connor Nolan, Matt Smith and Gabe Hunter. Leon Bader looks to catch the eye playing as an individual.

It's a three-day, 54-hole event starting Sunday and ending on Tuesday. Pairings, when available, are located in the Golfstat scoring link above.
