Softball Blasts Past Indiana State, Kennesaw State to Earn Sweep

CHATTANOOGA --- The Chattanooga Mocs softball team exploded for a combined 23 runs and 24 hits in a two-game sweep, defeating Indiana State 16-11 and Kennesaw State 7-5, during Saturday action at Jim Frost Stadium as part of the Chattanooga Challenge.
 
Chattanooga evens its 2021 record to 2-2 following the doubleheader sweep. Indiana State dropped to 1-3 overall while Kennesaw moved to 1-5.
 
The Mocs close out the Chattanooga Challenge tomorrow with a single game rematch against Kennesaw State at approximately 1:30 p.m. ET.
