CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. --- The Chattanooga Mocs softball annual Blue-Gold Series is set for this week at Frost Stadium, giving fans an opportunity to get an early look at the 2027 squad in competitive game action.
Â
The intrasquad series will feature the Mocs divided creatively into Blue and Gold teams competing against one another over multiple games at Frost Stadium. The event allows players to showcase their offseason development while coaches evaluate combinations heading into the spring season.
Â
Chattanooga's join a core group of returners looking to build momentum for the 2027 campaign. The Blue-Gold Series provides valuable live-game repetitions for pitchers, hitters and defenders as the coaching staff continues preparations for the upcoming season.
Â
Fans can expect a competitive atmosphere throughout the week as teammates become opponents in a series designed to sharpen execution and foster competition across the roster. The games will also offer an early glimpse at several position battles and lineup possibilities that could shape Chattanooga's outlook in the spring.
Â
Games will be played Wednesday-Friday at Frost Stadium. All games will begin at 5:00 p.m.
Â
The fall season concludes Friday, October 23 in a doubleheader against Cleveland State at Frost Stadium.
