As we countdown to the Mocs' season opener against UAB on 19 at the UTC Sports Complex, we're getting to know who to watch this season.
 
When picking numbers, some have a reason and others take what's given. Kelly Tuerff combined her favorite number with that of a loved one to come up with 14.
 
Since the age of three, she has played soccer. The freedom and creativity it allows make it stand out for her among other sports. She does like volleyball, swimming and basketball, but soccer is her game.
 
Before a match she'll listen to Fergalicious but watch out! She likes to speak in an Australian accent. We'll have to check that one out later.
 
Over the summer she worked a soccer camp and hung out with her dog. Now she gets to hang out with the Mocs.
 
2021 SEASON
The Mocs kick off the 2021 season on August 19 at home against UAB following a pair of preseason exhibitions. This will be UTC's third season at the UTC Sports Complex located next to Engel Stadium. The Mocs finished third last season for its best finish in program history and was one of four teams to advance to the Southern Conference Championships. Follow all the action online "at GoMocs.com.
