CHATTANOOGA---The Chattanooga Mocs added veteran ticketing administrator
Mike Jackson to lead those campus efforts. Jackson joins as director of ticket operations which covers all athletics facilities.

He is one of three new Mocs on campus in their new roles.
Kevin Rodriguez also joined this month in athletics performance working specifically with men's basketball, women's golf and beach volleyball.
Hannah Mitchell is taking on the role of assistant director of marketing and promotions. Â

"Were excited to get three strong additions to our athletics staff," Vice-Chancellor and Director of Athletics
Mark Wharton shared. "Mike has a long history of ticketing success and Kevin is coming here from a director's position. Hannah is an exciting young professional who is going to be a big help to our marketing efforts.

"This tells me not only are we recruiting good people to join our staff, but we have a lot to offer professionally as an institution, but also the incredible draw Chattanooga as a city provides."

Jackson comes from Idaho where he was director of ticket ops. He served in that role or as an assistant athletics director in ticketing at five other division I institutions over the last 20 years.

Rodriguez comes to the Scenic City from NCAA DII member Delta State where he was the head strength and conditioning coach. He started in the role in 2019 and remained until his move to Chattanooga. The Texas native also has experience at Texas A&M-Kingsville, Louisiana, Ole Miss and Mississippi State getting his start at Angelo State.

Mitchell makes her way to Chattanooga from her alma mater Murray State. She was an account executive with Racer Sports Properties after graduation in 2021. She was the lead marketing intern as an undergrad for the Racers from 2019-21.
