The Mocs (0-3) are coming off the season's opening weekend which took place in Athens, Georgia at the Classic City Clash hosted by the University of Georgia. The stiff competition included Georgia, Troy and Santa Clara and provided a quality test for the program.
Â
Following the weekend of play, first-year head coach
Julie Torbett was intrigued about the potential shown on the court.
Â
"We didn't get the results we wanted but I felt we learned a lot this weekend. We have a lot of new faces and figuring each other out will be important moving forward. I saw moments of great volleyball and I'm excited to keep with the process with this team."
