CHATTANOOGA --- The Chattanooga Mocs beach volleyball team dropped the opening round of the Ohio Valley Conference round first round by a 3-2 tally to Opening Morehead State om Thursday night in Martin, Tenn.
 
Following the loss, Chattanooga falls to 17-16 overall with elimination looming in the double elimination format looming on the weekend. Morehead State improves to 16-13 and advances to the SoCon semis for the second-straight year.
