"The team has some really good momentum this week and we look forward to hitting the courts on Thursday," said head coach Chad Camper.

"Furman is always a powerhouse in the conference and we hope to put our best tennis out there."

Furman (7-11, 3-0 SoCon) enters the contest tied for first place in the league standings with ETSU behind its spotless in-conference record. Thursday's contest will be just the second SoCon match for the Paladins since February 22.

UTC is looking snap a 10-match skid against the powerful Furman program and improve on its 11-42 all-time record. The last win over Furman for the Mocs came back in 2015 which snapped a 24-match skid at the moment.
