PREVIEW: Wrestlers Start 4-Match Stretch Away from Big Mac

Ethan Vergara and the Chattanooga Mocs start a 4-match road swing into the Carolinas beginning this weekend in South Carolina.

CHATTANOOGA---The Chattanooga Mocs hit the road for four straight in the Carolinas. This weekend is the South Carolina portion of our show with visits to Presbyterian and The Citadel.
 
It starts Friday night at the Blue Hose before a trip to the Low Country. The Mocs and Bulldogs match up on Sunday. Both matches are slated to air on ESPN+.

  • 141 Eli Knight's first career SoCon match win came at Presbyterian on Jan. 27, 2023. He earned a pin in 6:40 over Jacob Brasseur clinching the match win for the Mocs in a 28-15 triumph.
  • Boarman's first dual win was against The Citadel in his redshirt season on Jan. 29, 2023. He claimed a 3-2 win over George Rosas in the penultimate match of a 31-6 victory.
