Kamdyn Munro continued his impressive march through the league with a tech fall at 184 before the Mountaineers claimed 10 points in the final two matches to complete a come from behind 24-17 final.

First Takedown
- The Mountaineers opened with a major at 125 and closed with a fall and a major.
- Chattanooga went 4-6 on the day averaging better than a major decision per win.
- Blake Boarman got his win in overtime at 133. He could not breakthrough Chad Bellis' defense for seven minutes before quickly settling it with a takedown in sudden victory period one.
- Eli Knight was up 1-0 in the second when he locked in at the minute mark completing a takedown and pin in nearly one move.
- The losses at 149 and 165 for Dyane Dalrymple and Jackson Hurst could've got either way with Kaden Kaiser holding on for an 8-6 decision at 149 and No. 7 Will Miller evading Hurst in the final minute of a 9-5 win.
- Munro scored 11 points in the second period to setup a third period tech win at 184.
