COOKEVILLE, Tenn. --- Junior
Taylor Long went the distance at Tennessee Tech, allowing just one hit in a 1-0 win over the Golden Eagles at Tech Softball Field Tuesday evening.
Â
Tennessee Tech led off the fifth with a hit up the middle just out of the reach of a diving

Â
Chattanooga had just three hits in the game and they all came in the third. With one out in the third,
Lexi Cooley and
Zoe Wright hit back-to-back singles and a base hit by

Â
With a 1-2 count, Lipari leaned back on the inside pitch but was clipped on the arm to drive in Cooley for the eventual game winner.

Peja Goold.
Â
The Mocs improve to 22-9 overall and return to Southern Conference action this weekend with a three-game series at Mercer beginning with a double header Saturday in Macon, Ga.
