CHATTANOOGA (February 4, 2026) --- The Chattanooga Mocs men's basketball team returns home for an action-packed Southern Conference weekend inside McKenzie Arena beginning on Thursday night against Mercer and concluding on Saturday afternoon against The Citadel.
 
Thursday's tip against Mercer is set for 7 p.m. (ET) while Saturday's matchup against The Citadel is set for 2 p.m. (ET). Both games will be available for streaming on ESPN+.

Tickets can be purchased HERE in advance or by calling/visiting the McKenzie Arena Box Office at (423) 266-MOCS (6627) during business hours of M-F, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. (ET). Saturday's contest against The Citadel will feature a special 10-year reunion of the historic 2015-16 Chattanooga Mocs championship team.

• Chattanooga (9-13, 3-6 SoCon) has dropped its last four games within SoCon play after falling 75-70 at Furman on Sunday... UTC currently sits alone in ninth place, however, only trails the No. 5 position by two games and No. 6 - No. 8 spots by one game... UTC fell behind by as many as 24 in Sunday's first half before rallying with a second-half surge.

• Mercer (15-8, 7-3 SoCon) enters Thursday's game sitting in second place in the SoCon standings... trails ETSU by just one game... coming off back-to-back home wins over UNCG (W, 95-77) and VMI (W, 95-81) last week... winners of seven of its last eight games.
• Mercer has lit up the scoreboard this season with a league-leading 85.9 points-per-game average... total ranks 26th in NCAA DI... +10.3 scoring margin ranks 57th in DI... the Bears are averaging 16.9 fastbreak points-per-game... leads the league and ranks 15th nationally.
