PRIOR TO UTC:  Spent two seasons at Carson-Newman ... 2015 graduate of Hixson High School in Hixson, Tenn. ... played for head coach Dan Duff at Hixson ... 111 tackles as a senior ... 6-AA Player of the Year ... first team All-Chattanooga by River City Sports ... ran for 738 yards on 132 carries and eight TDs while helping Hixson to back-to-back district titles.
