Admission Requirements
- Children under the age of 2 are not required to have a ticket if they plan to sit on an adult's lap during the event. All other patrons must have a ticket for entry into any home contest for Mocs football, women's basketball, men's basketball, wrestling and softball.

Mailing of Season Tickets
- Season tickets for all sports will be mailed approximately 2 to 3 weeks prior to the start of the season.
Refunds/Exchanges
- Refunds or exchanges will not be made unless an order is not filled. Refunds or exchanges will not be made due to a game time or date change. All sales are final.

Concessions and Merchandising
- All concession and merchandising areas open at the same time as gates open to the public, and are cashless.
