2018 • FRESHMAN SEASON: Member of the scout team.

PRIOR TO UTC:  Redshirted the 2017 season at Memphis ... played wide receiver and free safety at Franklin High School ... in two seasons of varsity ball at FHS, caught 43 passes for 1,187 yards and 14 TD ... on defense, had 13 tackles and two fumble recoveries ... his senior year squad was 10-3 overall and 6-1 in league play ... also played hockey at Franklin ... moved to Tennessee after playing for St. Raphael in Illinois prior to his time at Franklin ... scored the game-winning TD against McGavock as a junior. 

PERSONAL:  Son of John and Trish Gaca ... birthday is January 6 ... Business major.
