2012 • JUNIOR SEASON: Saw action against Jacksonville State and Glenville State … had one carry against GSC … made the Dean’s List in the fall.

2011 • SOPHOMORE SEASON: Did not see any action ... made the Dean's List both semesters, including a perfect 4.0 g.p.a. in the fall ... earned the SoCon Commissioner's Medal and made the SoCon Honor Roll with a 3.5+ g.p.a. for the year.

2010 • REDSHIRT SEASON: Sat out as a redshirt ... made the Dean's List in the spring ... enrolled at UTC in 2009 but was not a part of the program.   

HIGH SCHOOL: 2009 graduate of Knoxville Christian Academy in Knoxville, Tenn ... all-region and team captain as a senior ... played for head coach Rusty Bradley ... captain of the wrestling team.

PERSONAL: Born Dec. 7, 1990 ... son of David and Debbie Poe ... father played football at Virginia Tech ... has two younger sisters, Rachael and Riley ... Economics major with a minor in History.
