- Played in four games preserving redshirt…made one tackle.
- Saw action against Miami (Ohio), Buffalo, Bowling Green and Ohio.
- Tackle came against Bowling Green.
 
Prior to Ball State
- 4-year football letter winner and two-sport star at Columbia Central High School in Columbia, Tenn.
- Played DB and WR for Tra’Darius Goff.
- Earned all-state recognition as a senior for the Lions and three straight seasons with all-conference honors.
- Caught 34 passes for 621 yards and six TDs while leading the Lions to a 7-4 record and the TSSAA Class 5A playoffs.
- Played in Tennessee’s East/West Classic football all-star game.
- Also played basketball scoring 1000+ points.
- Honor student finishing with 3.7 GPA.
