TEAM
- Chattanooga falls to 2-4 on the season with a 87-75 loss against Jackson State in the team's first ever meeting...The Tigers are 1-5.

- The Mocs are now 8-5 (.615) all-time against current Southwest Athletic Conference members since moving to Division I in 1977-78.

- Six games, six different leading scorers: Tennessee (Keegan Bell - 20), Austin Peay (Josh Odem - 15), Kennesaw St. (DeAntre Jefferson - 18), Marshall (Chris Early - 13), Louisville (Omar Wattad - 24) and Jackson State (Ricky Taylor/Jefferson - 18).

- Chattanooga registered season-bests in assists with 23 and steals with eight...That's three assists better than Kennesaw a week ago and one steal higher than the seven against KSU and Austin Peay.

- Jackson State was hot from behind three-point arc going 11-of-19 for a 57.9 percent clip, the best percentage against the Mocs this season.

- The UTC bench outscored the Tiger's reserves 26-21 in the contest.

- The Mocs capitalized off 11 Jackson State mistakes turning them into 17 points.

- Chattanooga missed its first five from the field before Taylor drained a triple and the Mocs hit their next five, four from downtown, to build a 14-4.

-The Mocs led by as many as 10 in the first half with a 21-11 advantage, while the Tiger made a their run to end the first half and pushed their lead to as many as 16 with 4:11 to go in the contest.

- UTC has now made five or more threes in 31 straight games...That's the 4th longest streak in the nation.

INDIVIDUAL
Senior Center DeAntre Jefferson
- Tied a career-high with 18 points going 8-for-8 against Jackson State.
- Tied a team-high with six rebounds.

Junior Guard Ricky Taylor
-Notched a season-high with 18-points.
-Tied a season-best with two made 3-point field goals.

Junior Forward Omar Wattad
- Recorded 10 points extending a double-digit points streak to three games.

Junior Guard Keegan Bell
- Set a new season-high with 10 assists and chipped in six points.
- Picked up five fouls for only the second time in his career, last coming against Appalachian State on Jan. 20, 2010.
- Third time this season with a 5:1 assist/turnover ratio this season.

Junior Forward Chris Early
- Hit double-figures for the third time on the year with 11 points.
- Recorded back-to-back 3-point field goals to get the Mocs started in the first half.
- Tied a team-high with seven rebounds.

Junior Forward Jahmal Burroughs
-Surpassed a season-high with seven points and connected on his first three-pointer as a Moc.

Sophomore Guard Josh Odem
-Dished out a season-best four assists.
