The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga women's basketball team resumes action in the Preseason WNIT with a Tuesday evening matchup against Indiana at Assembly Hall.

INDIANA
Head Coach: Teri Moren (Purdue,1992)
• With Indiana's 88-56 victory over Tennessee State in the season opener, it marked the third-straight year that IU has won the first game of the season, including head coach Teri Moren improving to 2-0 in season openers at Indiana.
• The Hoosiers are participating in the Preseason WNIT for the third time in program history (1998, 2008).
• In the win over TSU, Indiana collected 14 steals in the game as a team, marking the fourth time in the Teri Moren era that IU has had 14 or more steals in a game.
• The Indiana defense also held the Lady Tigers to just 28.6 percent shooting last Friday.
• The Hoosiers dished for 22 assists in the opener as a team. Indiana had 22 or more assists in seven games a year ago.
• IU outscored Tennessee State 50-8 in points in the paint and 30-14 in points off turnovers while forcing the Lady Tigers into 22 turnovers in game one.
• Sophomore Tyra Buss led Indiana with 21 points, a career-high tying eight assists and six steals vs. Tennessee State. Buss has now collected six or more steals in a game three times in her career.
• In her Indiana debut last Friday, junior Tyshee Towner tallied 18 points with six rebounds, two steals and two assists. She went 6-of-10 from the field and 2-of-2 from beyond the arc.
• Sophomore Amanda Cahill finished with 17 points against Tennessee State, shooting 7-of-9 from the field. She added eight rebounds, a career-high tying four assists and a pair of steals.
• Junior Alexis Gassion was the fourth IU player to score in double figures vs. TSU as she had 12 points, eight rebounds, a career-high tying four blocks and four assists.
• Senior Lyndsay Leikem set a career mark with three steals in the season-opening win, she also added nine points and eight rebounds.
• Teri Moren begins her second season at the helm of the Indiana program, having just completed her first full offseason in Bloomington after being hired in August of 2014. Prior to IU, Moren spent four years at Indiana State University as head coach where she led the Sycamores to a Missouri Valley Conference championship in 2013-14.
