Box Score The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga women's tennis team scored a 4-0 win at UT Martin today.  The Mocs won two of three doubles and three singles matches to improve to 8-5 on the year.

UTC quickly took the doubles point with wins at No. 2 and No. 1 doubles.  Senior Katie Polk and sophomore Samantha Caswell did not lose a game in their win at No. 2.  Seniors Kayla Jones and Kelsey Coots improved to 10-2 in the spring with a 6-4 win at No. 1. 

"I was really happy with our performance today," stated head coach Jeff Clark.  "We beat a good team on their court.  We got off to a fast start and kept the momentum through singles play."

Polk led the way at No. 6 singles, only dropping two games in a (6-0, 6-2) against Haya Hamed.  Her strong spring continues as she improved to 7-0 in dual action and 10-straight wins overall.

Caswell and junior Rachele Gazzola also won today.  The Mocs next match is March 23 at Kennesaw State.
