UTC swept the doubles point for the fourth time this season. Seniors
Kayla Jones and
Kelsey Coots improved to 11-2 at No. 1 with their 6-3 win over Laura Hopton and Ashleigh De Wet. Their win clinched the point for the Mocs and gave them a 1-0 lead heading into singles action.
Jones kept the momentum going with a (6-3, 6-1) win over Hopton at No. 1. Jones moved to an impressive 8-2 mark at the top spot in spring singles.
Senior
Katie Polk continued her outstanding spring with a (6-2, 6-0) win over Jessica Cantrell at No. 6. Polk improved to 8-0 in spring singles action with her win today.
Coots and senior
Alison Storie also won in singles action today.
