Box Score The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga women's tennis team scored a 6-1 win over Western Carolina at the Champions Club today. The Mocs closed out their regular season home schedule while improving to 13-7 overall and 4-2 in Southern Conference action.

Kayla Jones won their fourth in a row at No. 1 to improve to 15-3 in the spring. Sophomore

Katie Polk won at No. 2, while freshmen
Delaney Edwards and
Sydney Patton scored a win at No. 3.
The Mocs kept their usual lineup in the top half of the order. Coots and Caswell won at No. 2 and No. 3, while Jones dropped her No. 1 match to Stacia Kissell (7-5, 6-2).
Senior
Alison Storie moved up to No. 4, where she defeated Savannah Taranto (6-1, 6-2). Polk did not drop a game in her win at No. 5, improving to an impressive 13-1 in the spring. Edwards closed out singles action with her third win of the spring at No. 6.
The Mocs are back on the courts this weekend at Samford to close out the regular season. UTC hosts the Southern Conference Tournament next week at the Champions Club. Action takes place from April 22-24.
