Mocs Host SoCon Saturday Doubleheader at Maclellan

UTC faces Campbell at Noon and Davidson at 2:00 p.m. (E.S.T.).

The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga wrestling team has a busy weekend ahead, hosting a doubleheader on Saturday, Jan. 28, at Maclellan Gym.  The Mocs open against Campbell at Noon (E.S.T.), followed by a 2:00 p.m. match against Davidson.

The match against the Camels is a reschedule dual from Jan. 5 that had to be postponed due to weather.  Campbell and Davidson are affiliate members of the Southern Conference in wrestling, so these are two huge league bouts.

Live video and live scoring is available for both duals this weekend.  Links for both are located on the wrestling schedule page on GoMocs.com.

The Mocs are currently in second place in the Southern Conference race at 2-0 in league duals, 4-7 overall.  No. 16 Appalachian State leads the league at 5-0 (11-2), while Campbell is fifth at 1-1 (5-6).  Davidson is looking for its first SoCon win at 0-2 (3-9).
