CHATTANOOGA vs. FURMAN
The Mocs and Paladins have competed against each other since 1985 and Chattanooga is 51-21 against Furman. At home, UTC is 23-9 and on the road 21-11. The Mocs are 7-1 in neutral games with Furman claiming the lone overtime victory. UTC has won the last 10 games and 31 of the last 32.Chattanooga's last loss at Furman was 2/6/12. The Paladins came away with a 75-61 victory.

CHATTANOOGA
The Mocs are 12-8 overall and 6-0 in league play. UTC is averaging 61.5 points per game and 67.8 against the conference, outscoring the SoCon by 13.8 points per game. From the field, the Mocs are shooting 42.3 percent and 30.4 percent from the 3-point line while leading the league at the free throw line, making 74.7 percent of its attempts. On the boards, UTC has 33.8 rebounds per game and a SoCon-best 6.6 blocked shots per game.

Jasmine Joyner posted her sixth double-double of the season with 23 points and 15 rebounds. She had four assists and just missed a triple-double with eight blocked shots. She has 404 for her career and 90 this season. She leads the nation with 4.5 per game and is 49th for rebounds per game with 9.8. Queen Alford and Chelsey Shumpert are also averaging double figures for the Mocs. Alford has 10.8 points per game and averages 3.8 rebounds. She is shooting 41.2 percent from the field and has 21 from beyond the 3-point arc. Shumpert, with 10.7 ppg, is third on the team in scoring. She has a team-best 55 assists and leads UTC from the free throw line making 88.5 percent. She has 30 3-pointers.

Head coach Jim Foster is one win shy of 400 conference victories from four different schools. He has 50 at Chattanooga with just two losses. Overall he has 877 career victories and 94 at UTC.

Hands Off • The Mocs lead the nation in fewest personal fouls with 10.0 per game. UTC has had 10 or less 10 times including a season-low five against Stetson and  Wofford.

Taking Charity • Chattanooga is shooting 74.7 percent from the free throw line this season (207-277). Chattanooga's best season average is .731 (369-505) in 2005-06. Shumpert leads the team making 88.9 percent of her attempts followed by Lakelyn Bouldin's 77.1 percent effort.

Mocs Win Streak • The Mocs have won 14 consecutive regular season SoCon games. That ties for sixth longest win streak for the Mocs.

Long-Range Bombers • The Mocs have made at least one 3-pointer in 550 consecutive games dating back to December 1999. Chattanooga reached the 500-game mark against Butler last year.

FURMAN
The Paladins are 11-11 overall and 4-2 in league play after falling Thursday to ETSU at home. Furman is averaging 63.4 points per game and outscoring opponents by six points per game. The Paladins are shooting 39.3 percent from the field, 32.9 percent from the 3-point line and 71.4 percent from the charity stripe. They lead the league in 3-pointers made with 160 and average 38.7 rebounds per game.

Whitney Bunn leads Furman with 15.6 points per game and has a team-best 58 3-pointers and 100 assists. Cierra Carter is second on the team in scoring wth 12.1 points per game and has a team-high 8.0 rebounds per game. Le'Jzae  Davidson is third on the team in scoring with 10.3 points per game and has 52 from the 3-point line.
