The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga women's tennis team scored two wins in the main draw of the ITA Ohio Valley Championships at the Champions Club today.  Sophomore Bogdana Zaporozhets and freshman Polina Goloputova both scored wins in the 128-player field. 

Zaporozhets posted a three set victory against Miami's (Ohio) Priyana Kalita (6-4, 1-6, 6-2).  Goloputova won a pair of tiebreakers to defeat Lipscomb's Deinse Buberl [7-6 (5), 7-6 (0)].

Those were the only wins on the day for the Mocs, who competed well in other matches.  Senior Caroline Hall lost in three sets in the main draw, while junior Annie Tarwater also took her opponent to the third frame in the B Flight.
