CHATTANOOGA --- The Chattanooga Mocs volleyball team looks to snap a season-long skid this weekend in its own Maclellan Gymnasium by hosting a pair of SoCon foes in UNCG and Furman, Friday and Saturday evening, respectively.
 
Both matches carry 6 p.m. ET start times inside the Mac and are streamed LIVE on the SoCon Digital Network.
 
Chattanooga enters the weekend with a 5-12 overall record and 0-4 mark in SoCon play. UNCG is 7-11, 1-3 in the league this season while Furman has played to a 1-14, 1-3 mark thus far.

- Chattanooga looks to snap a season-long seven match losing skid this weekend… losing streak follows three-match winning streak back in mid-September… UTC carries a 5-12 overall and 0-4 SoCon record.
- Chattanooga has won three of its last four home matches against the Paladins dating back to 2015… earned a straight-set sweep over Furman last season to open up SoCon play 2-0.
- Dani Szczepanski saw her career-long 10+ kill match streak snapped on Wednesday night at Mercer after finishing with nine kills (.400)… ranks fourth in the SoCon this season with .322% attack percentage this season.

UNCG & FURMAN NOTES
- UNCG enters the weekend losers of four of its last five matches… dropped a four-set decision to Wofford on Oct. 5 after claiming its first SoCon win over The Citadel (3-0) on Oct. 2… freshman setter Gabriela McHugh ranks fourth in the SoCon this season with a 10.06 assists per set average.
- Furman picked up its first win of the season on Oct. 5 with a 3-1 win over The Citadel on its home floor… the Paladins improved to 1-14 overall and 1-3 in SoCon play following the victory… the team ranks third in the league with a 1.99 blocks per set average… freshman Andrea Aceveda ranks second in the conference behind a 4.43 digs per set clip.
