PREVIEW: Mocs Open Maclellan Magic for First Time in 2019

Chattanooga volleyball hosts ETSU & WCU this weekend to finally open up its home slate, holding a FREE Taco Bar for students on Friday and a GREEN OUT on Saturday to raise awareness for both Mental Health & Bone Marrow Donation Awareness.

CHATTANOOGA --- Opening up its 'Maclellan Magic' schedule in October for the first time in program history, the Chattanooga Mocs volleyball team looks to snap a four-match skid and gain ground in Southern Conference play by hosting ETSU and Western Carolina this weekend inside Maclellan Gymnasium.

Chattanooga (5-9, 0-1 SoCon) faces in-state and conference rival ETSU (11-3, 2-0 SoCon) on Friday before welcoming Western Carolina (8-7, 2-0 SoCon) on Saturday. Both matches carry 6 p.m. ET start times and will be streamed LIVE on the SoCon Digital Network.

UTC dropped its SoCon opener in Birmingham, Ala., last Wednesday at league-leading Samford in straight sets. Ending an eight-day hiatus, the Mocs return to action against a pair of unbeaten squads in league play with sights set on ending a current four-match losing streak.
