Leon Bader and the Chattanooga Mocs are back in action Sunday at Auburn’s Tiger Invitational.

CHATTANOOGA---The Chattanooga Mocs men's golf team makes the trip to southeastern Alabama for the Tiger Invitational presented by Jason Dufner. It's the third start of the spring and a good opportunity for this quintet.
Four top 50 teams await headlined by host and 15th-ranked Auburn. The Mocs are making their fifth appearance in the field, the third straight at the Grand National Lake Course on the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail. They finished tied for eight a year ago led by Lake Johnson's 3-over 219.
Chattanooga heads to Opelika, Ala., with four of five in the lineup from the Seminole Intercollegiate last month. Leon Bader joins Will Porter, A.J. Lintunen, Oliver Simonsen and Matt Smith. It's a three-day, 54-hole trek on the par 72 tract playing at nearly 7,300 yards. Tee times and scores, when available, are accessible at the scoring link above.

3 NOTES TO KNOW
- Lintunen posted his first top 10 tying for ninth at the Seminole Intercollegiate shooting 1-over 217. His 36-hole total of 2-under 142 is a new career low. He's averaging 72.17 strokes per round over his last 12 cards turning in consistent 54 holes scores of 216, 218, 215 and 217.
- Five different Mocs had 54-hole par or better finishes so far: Oliver Simonsen (2), Will Porter (2), A.J. Lintunen (2) and Matt Smith. Simonsen has eight in his last 15 starts.
- This edition looks to get off to a quicker start than the last two years at the Tiger Invitational. The Mocs were 31 over in the two first rounds (303.5) and +1 over the final two (288.3).
