LIVE STATS
LAST WEEK'S RECAP
Chattanooga went 1-1 last week after defeating league-leading Mercer in five sets before falling to Samford on the road. The five-set victory over the Bears snapped a six-match losing skid to Mercer. The Mocs are 3-0 in SoCon five setters this season after the win. UTC enters the final week of the regular season 9-18 overall and 5-9 in SoCon play.
SOCON STANDINGS
All nine teams have two matches remaining entering the last week of the regular season. Mercer will win at least a share of the regular-season title and the No. 1 seed in the tournament by winning one of its two remaining contests. There are three teams tied for fourth place at 7-7 followed by The Citadel in seventh and Chattanooga in eighth place. Due to tiebreak scenarios, all five teams have the potential to be the No. 8 seed at the end of the regular season. Furman is 2-12 and will be the nine seed.
