CHATTANOOGA --- The Chattanooga Mocs women's tennis program and head coach Chad Camper have signed Northwestern State transfer Rozalie Dohnalova following an official announcement on Monday.
Dohnalova, a Czech Republic native, competed for the Lady Demons as a freshman during the 2021-22 season and helped lead the team to a 15-5 overall record. She will be immediately eligible with three years remaining.
"Rozalie has a big game and had an amazing freshman season at Northwestern State," said Camper.
"We have big plans for her career and she will add a lot of depth to the roster."
Dohnalova earned First Team All-Southland Conference honors at No. 2 doubles after dazzling during the 2021-22 season. She helped an anchor a tandem that went a perfect 6-0 in SLC matches and ended the year at 15-3 overall, winning the last 12 matches of the season including both in the SLC Tournament.
On the singles side, Dohnalova played her entire rookie campaign in the No. 1 slot and complied an 8-11 overall record while going 3-3 in Southland Conference play. One of the victories included a decision over the SLC's Player of the Year Emma Aucagne of Texas A&M Corpus-Christi.
