The Chattanooga Mocs are at the halfway point of the Southern Conference race. The Mocs are in third at 3-1 in the league, 4-4 overall. Next up is Western Carolina which is in second place at 4-0, 5-3 for the season.

Streaking
The Mocs are on a 3-game winning streak. It's the eighth straight season which is one off the school record of nine set from 1977-85. The last seven are under Coach Rusty Wright's tutelage, That's the longest stretch by any Mocs head coach extending his own record.
 
However, the Catamounts are also streaking. They've won five straight after an 0-3 start.
 
Points Aplenty
The Mocs offense has been in overdrive the last two games, in hyperdrive over the last five quarters.

• 91 points over the last two weeks with 42 and 49 in wins over ETSU and at Samford. Most since 95 in 2023 in wins over The Citadel (48) and at Samford (47). Also the last time with back-to-back 40-point efforts.
• Last time with three 40+ in a row in league play? Has not happened.
• Last time with three 40+ in a row? The only time, 1922 (40-Bryson, 40-Cumberland & 56-Emory & Henry).
• 70 of the 91 points have been scored in the last 75 minutes of game time (41:31 possession).

 
3 Notes to Know

• DT Ky Tayo's PAT block at Samford was the first for the program since Devonnsha Maxwell in the March 20, 2021 win at No. 11 Furman.
• QB Camden Orth has seven TD passes in the last two games to five different receivers: Jamarii Robinson (3), Markell Quick (1), Josh Williams (1), AJ Little (1) & John McIntyre (1).
• Season-high five sacks at Samford. Entered the game with six on the season. Three were from freshmen CJ Smith, Andrew Wynn & Xavier Parker with one each.

• RB Ryan Ingram needs nine carries for 500 in his career (491).
