CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – The Chattanooga Mocs track and field team continues its 2025-26 indoor campaign Friday, January 9, at the UAB Blazer Invitational inside the Birmingham CrossPlex. The meet begins at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time.
 
The Blazer Invite features a competitive field with programs from across the region, including Auburn, UAB, Southern Miss, Florida A&M, and more. Chattanooga brings a balanced lineup of sprinters, mid-distance specialists, and distance veterans in its second meet of the young season.
 
"We're looking forward to starting our indoor season with the full team Friday in Birmingham," said head coach Steve Piccuci. "It will be great to see the Mocs racing in some different events as we begin our early-season indoor racing and training. This meet will be a great opportunity to see where everyone is at and what we need to work on moving forward."
