The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga women's tennis team is back in action this weekend at the Georgia Southern Invitational in Statesboro, Ga.  Action takes place at the Wallis Tennis Center, beginning Friday, Sept. 20 and running through Sunday, Oct. 1.    

The field is composed of six teams including the host Eagles, UTC, Middle Georgia, Georgia State, Savannah State, and Troy.  There are two singles draws and one doubles bracket, which are both attached to the story. 

Doubles start Friday at 10:00 a.m. (E.D.T.), while singles begin at 12:30 p.m.  Play continues at 9:00 a.m. each on Saturday and Sunday.

"The team is excited to keep our momentum going this weekend," stated head coach Chad Camper.  "It will be great to have Tamri Chalaganidze able to compete for the first time as a Moc. We are still trying to figure out what doubles teams work, while continuing to build our singles game. There will be many great programs there so we need to come in ready."
