Quotable
"Today was some of the best wrestling as a team that I think we've had this year. Still, there's obviously plenty to fix, but now it's easier to fix when the effort level is there. Our guys are getting to positions that we know we can score in. Six guys are great, but we think we missed out on a couple others. That's what tournaments are. Especially this one. It's tough, and you gotta be ready." –
Chattanooga Head Coach Kyle Ruschell
Â
"SoCon is a 2-day tournament. So it's not good enough just to get to day two here. We gotta match that intensity the next day and come out with fire. Some guys are just excited to be here, to make it to day two. We gotta be ready to go and show we deserve to be here and be high on the podium." –
Ruschell
