- One of three in-season tournaments on the schedule with the Kent State Open (Dec. 20) and Southern Scuffle (Jan. 3-4) still to come.
- Wrestling starts at 10 a.m., in Christl Arena.
- Mocs are 26-20 in tournament action so far in 2025-26 with several not competing the opening weekend at the Chattanooga Quad instead traveling to Virginia for the Southeast Open. Cody Chittum (157) finished fourth in his class after an injury prior to the semifinals knocked him out of action. Will Anderson (141) and Kade Rule (197) won their weights in the Freshman/Sophomore Division, while Ethan Uhorchuk (133) placed sixth.
- It will be the first action of the year for 16th-ranked Cooper Flynn (125) and Bryce Luna (133). He's also been a runner-up four times and qualified for the last two NCAA Championships.
- Luna placed eighth last year at the Southern Scuffle.
- Meiszner is looking for his second title on a military post. He was the winner at the 2024 Navy Classic last fall, also on Nov. 23.
- The Mocs board their flight Friday to make the weekend trip to New York.

Final Word
"We are incredibly grateful for the support from our alumni/donors on 'Mocs Give Day'. Their generosity covered our travel costs and made this trip a reality. Flying is a rare opportunity for us, and this support allows us to compete with programs we simply wouldn't have access to otherwise." –
Coach Ruschell
